Health & Safety Coordinator - Night

Location: Hounslow, United Kingdom; on-site role. Night shift with availability required for evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

What you will do

• Conduct regular workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and verify compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide employee training on hazard identification, emergency response, and safe work practices.
• Prepare safety performance reports and present findings to management.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with management on safety improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Safety Coordinator or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while prioritizing tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day operation, including nights, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
