MDM Analyst – Customer & Supplier

What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for the offshore master data maintenance team.
• Coordinate Customer and Supplier master data requests in line with governance standards and service levels.
• Review, triage, validate, cleanse, and process data requests.
• Investigate and resolve master data issues with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Train and onboard new master data requesters and approvers.
• Develop and document MDM processes, standards, controls, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Ability to collaborate across functions, teams, and geographic locations.
• Ability to influence others and facilitate adoption of agreed standards and ways of working.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to manage complexity, change, and evolving processes.
• Flexibility to work across geographic time zones during peak periods such as period end.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
