What you will do
- Prepare, deliver, and manage quotations for Dry Gas Seal products and services, including first fit, spares, upgrades, and refurbishments.
- Manage the full enquiry-to-order process, including quotation issuance, negotiation support, purchase order review, and order acceptance.
- Apply pricing agreements, maintain commercial compliance, and protect and optimise margins.
- Partner with Sales to develop opportunities, follow up quotes, support pipeline management, and improve order conversion.
- Lead data governance, validation, and quality improvement initiatives for customer and installed base datasets.
- Design KPI dashboards, implement process automation, and improve digital workflows across Sales, Engineering, and Operations.
Requirements
- Expertise in data analysis using Excel and Power BI, with the ability to translate insights into commercial value.
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems and digital workflows.
- A process-mapping and automation mindset.
- Ability to work across commercial, sales, engineering, and operations functions.
Nice to have
- Manufacturing or engineering background.
- Experience in data visualisation and dashboarding.
- Exposure to digital transformation or continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Understanding of data governance and system integration.
