Contract Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Oxford, England, United Kingdom; 6-month contract

What you will do

• Analyse and document current-state Product Recall processes across Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
• Work with stakeholders to understand existing processes, challenges, pain points, and underlying requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to define future-state processes.
• Document and communicate current- and future-state processes clearly.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Support the transition from current processes to the agreed future state across E-Commerce, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Customer Services.

Requirements

• Strong business analysis expertise and a track record of producing high-quality work.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems collaboratively.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Pragmatic, adaptable, outcome-focused approach with a willingness to keep learning.
• Ability to challenge existing processes, ask effective questions, and capture stakeholder requirements.
