What you will do

• Work with stakeholders to uncover underlying business problems and define valuable outcomes.
• Translate ambiguous business needs between business and technical teams into clear, actionable requirements.
• Support data, analytics hirify.global products across discovery, requirements, delivery, adoption and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts and architects to develop effective data products.
• Facilitate discussions and manage relationships with client stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Challenge assumptions, bring structure to complex problems and take ownership of outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong business analysis, consulting and problem-solving skills in data, analytics or digital environments.
• Good understanding of data, analytics and data products.
• Experience translating between business and technical teams and creating actionable requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience supporting products through their full lifecycle and focusing on adoption and business value.
• Pragmatic, adaptable and comfortable working collaboratively in ambiguous situations.
