Project Coordinator I (Pharmaceutical Construction): Supporting the delivery of capital design and construction projects in biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, and advanced technology markets with an accent on document control, project controls, and coordination across architects, engineers, clients, contractors, and vendors. Focus on managing multiple project tasks, coordinating project stakeholders, and supporting renovations, retrofits, and new construction.
Location: Atlanta, GA; Raleigh, NC; or Jacksonville, FL, USA

What you will do
- Support the Project Manager in delivering small- to large-scale capital design and construction projects.
- Coordinate with internal and external architects and engineers.
- Interface with clients, construction managers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Support projects involving existing-building renovations, retrofits, and new construction.
- Manage multiple tasks using business and personnel management skills.
Requirements
- Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- At least five years of successful document control and project controls experience required.
- Experience in a design firm setting preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office and PDF software.
- Proficiency with traditional project controls database tools and methods.
- Strong verbal and written communication and exceptional time-management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or advanced technology projects.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
