Sr. Project Coordinator

What you will do

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, information, schedules, and deliverables across assigned projects.
• Break projects into manageable tasks, define realistic timelines, and assign work to internal teams.
• Work with the Account Team and Senior Project Manager to clarify project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Support estimates, maintain project documentation, and ensure deliverables follow established processes.
• Analyze risks and opportunities, proactively flag concerns, and prioritize competing deadlines.
• Coordinate work across internal teams and stakeholders to keep projects moving smoothly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 1–2 years of experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role, supporting projects from conception to delivery.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, time-management, communication, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prepare and interpret flow charts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and learn new tools and processes quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience with Wrike, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or Workfront.
• Experience with Ziflow, onshore/offshore delivery models, or medical/legal/regulatory processes.
• Exposure to budgeting, financial tracking, or vendor and agency partner management.
