Project Coordinator

Location: Temple, Texas, United States; office-based with potential visits to outdoor industrial sites.

What you will do

• Support project and field management activities for construction projects.
• Prepare statements of work, submittals, change management documentation, and daily and weekly reports.
• Coordinate subcontractor approval submissions before work begins.
• Review plans and specifications and prepare checklists for contract features requiring periodic attention.
• Track compliance documents and review and submit JSAs and shift logs.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of project coordinator experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• High motivation to exceed goals.
• Ability to work in the Temple, Texas office environment and visit outdoor industrial sites as needed.

Nice to have

• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• College degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
