What you will do

• Support the Team Manager and project personnel with administration and coordination.
• Prepare letters, memos, agreements, reports, proposals, specifications, contracts, forms, and other business documents.
• Maintain project files, correspondence, records, and tracking systems.
• Assist with meeting scheduling and incoming and outgoing mail coordination.
• Prepare spreadsheets, charts, and other project-support materials.
• Maintain master specifications, job tracking, and records management systems.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong interpersonal, written, organizational, spelling, and grammar skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software programs.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Experience in the AEC field is preferred.
