Ink Technician (3rd Shift)

Location: De Pere, Wisconsin, United States; onsite third-shift position

Salary: USD 40,560–64,480 per year; disclosed pay range of USD 19.50–31.00 per hour, plus possible overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.

What you will do

• Mount flexographic printing plates, gears, handles, and hardware onto cylinders and rollers.
• Prepare, clean, inspect, and assess anilox rollers using anilox scopes.
• Lead ink staging, formulation, distribution, color matching, and viscosity testing for press lines.
• Maintain molded plate inventory and order replacement plates to prevent production delays.
• Coordinate shipping of worn cylinders and rollers for off-site reconditioning.
• Collaborate with press operators to streamline setup procedures and reduce makeready downtime.

Requirements

• Experience or strong mechanical skills with industrial tooling, machinery, or complex mechanical setups.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints.
• High visual accuracy and attention to detail for color matching and plate alignment.
• Strong organization, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an active manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and manually lift, push, pull, and carry items up to 35 lbs.
