Xeikon Print Operator (12-Hour Nights)

Location: Danieldale Rd, Dallas, TX 75232, USA. Full-time, on-site role working the D shift: Wednesday and Thursday from 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m., and Thursday through Sunday from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

What you will do

• Manipulate production data, initiate jobs, and operate Xeikon and other laser printing equipment.
• Stage printed jobs and coordinate production flow to meet customer delivery deadlines.
• Run multiple printers and tasks simultaneously, including current jobs, re-runs, and scheduled customer work.
• Check print quality through sampling and inspection while minimizing waste and misuse of raw materials.
• Maintain work orders, job logs, ERP records, inventory levels, and pre-printed materials.
• Coordinate with facility managers, supervisors, leads, project coordinators, technicians, and associates regarding schedules, data issues, emergencies, and equipment service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for two-thirds to the full shift and regularly handle materials using hands and arms.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for one-third to two-thirds of the shift.
• Close vision and the ability to identify and distinguish colors.
• Ability to follow safety rules, use required PPE, maintain a drug-free workplace, and comply with company policies.
• Regular attendance is an essential function; overtime or work on another shift may be required.
