Operations Manager, Manufacturing

Location: Onsite in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, USA. Schedule: Sunday–Tuesday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, plus every other Saturday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM.

Hiring salary range: $102,061–$129,414 per year.

What you will do

• Manage printing, trimming, case binding, production materials, equipment, order routing, staffing, shipping, and quality control for assigned departments.
• Supervise associates and direct supervisors on the assigned shift.
• Coordinate with other Lightning Source departments to resolve customer complaints, handle rush orders, and meet client needs.
• Prepare and approve associate evaluations, maintain attendance and time records, and recommend disciplinary measures when necessary.
• Interview applicants, approve hiring decisions, and oversee associate training.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hazardous-material guidelines.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent directly related experience.
• At least 3 years of management experience.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work the specified on-site production schedule in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.
