Multifamily Financial Analyst

Location: Onsite at the Downtown Minneapolis office, Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States

Annual salary: $70,000–$84,226, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Develop comprehensive financial models to optimize clients’ real estate acquisition and disposition strategies.
• Research and analyze leases, proposals, and client portfolios.
• Build property cash flow models for existing, speculative, ground-up development, and redevelopment opportunities.
• Create analytical tools and cost-effective analyses that support lease and purchase decisions.
• Support client presentations, RFP responses, and new business pitches.
• Improve internal processes while delivering highly accurate financial analysis in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in real estate, capital markets, or corporate finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including cash flow modeling and in-depth financial analysis.
• Commercial real estate experience.
• Argus modeling experience.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
