Senior Manager, Utility Partnerships- Regulatory

Location: USA, Bentonville, Arkansas Home Office

Annual salary: $90,000–$180,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Assess utility rate reviews, regulatory filings, and proceedings to manage utility costs.
• Track and monetize proposed and approved rate changes to support regulatory efforts and cost forecasting.
• Develop and execute utility products, services, and incentive procurement for energy efficiency and electric vehicle charging.
• Lead utility data acquisition initiatives and collaborate with utility leaders and trade organizations.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop team members while driving performance standards and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in energy, finance, business, or a related area plus 1 year of utilities business experience, or 3 years of experience in energy, finance, business, utilities, or a related area.
• Experience developing written testimony for utility rate proceedings.
• Extensive experience managing utility partnerships and navigating regulatory environments across multiple regions.
• Strong financial and data analysis skills for cost forecasting and rate review assessments.
• Ability to develop strategic business plans, manage complex projects, and engage utility leaders and regulatory bodies.
• Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Energy, Finance, Business, or a related area.
• Management-level experience interfacing with the utility industry and senior executives.
• Experience in a large-scale global business or the utilities business.
