Energy Efficiency Consultant, Mid-Size C&I (Hybrid Schedule) (Energy Efficiency)

Location: Westwood, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid schedule with at least three days per week in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Employees must be able to work up to five days in the office when required.

Salary: $96,460–$107,180 per year, plus potential incentive.

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategies to increase participation in energy efficiency programs among underserved and under-engaged mid-size customers.
• Analyze participation trends, market data, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and improve customer experience.
• Build relationships with customers, contractors, vendors, trade allies, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Pilot and evaluate outreach, engagement, implementation, and scalable process improvements.
• Review moderately complex projects involving engineering calculations, new technologies, energy simulation modeling, procurement, and installation of efficiency measures.
• Coordinate project documentation, regulatory compliance, budgeting, invoicing, evaluations, RFP development, and energy-savings tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Three or more years of relevant experience in technical marketing, sales, project management, engineering, architecture, or energy efficiency.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency and renewable technologies and their applications.
• Experience developing programs, processes, or customer engagement strategies in environments with evolving priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, customer service, and stakeholder-influence skills.
