Financial Analyst II

TL;DR

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 base salary, plus eligibility for an annual corporate bonus plan.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain acquisition-related financial models covering ARR, billings, revenue, operating expenses, and other financial metrics.
• Partner with the EVP of Corporate Development on expense forecasting and accruals for acquisition-related activities.
• Prepare executive presentations and financial analyses for senior leadership.
• Lead and support special financial projects, strategic initiatives, and ad hoc reporting.
• Evaluate and incorporate AI tools to improve M&A diligence, planning, and repeatable finance processes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a corporate finance environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including management of large data workbooks.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and deliver accurate analysis under tight deadlines.
• Remote work requires being based in the United States and working primarily during Eastern Time business hours.
