Senior Industrial Mechanical Engineer/Crane Engineer (8+ years)

Location: Spokane, Washington, USA; hybrid schedule, with fully remote work considered only for candidates with appropriate experience and based on business needs.

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead and manage crane refurbishment and replacement projects.
• Serve as technical lead and oversee project management responsibilities.
• Support business development and secure successful solicitations.
• Coordinate with clients and lead multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Conduct site visits, provide construction support, and perform load testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• At least 8 years of crane or heavy machinery engineering experience.
• Demonstrated success securing work and managing projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, technical writing, and time management skills.
• Availability for occasional travel to site visits and client meetings.
