Project Manager (IT/Data)

What you will do

• Lead and deliver one or multiple projects supporting a major company merger and Digital & Data transformation initiatives.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, tasks, dependencies, and schedules.
• Build and manage project teams, resource plans, budgets, forecasts, and delivery reporting.
• Manage stakeholders, communication, risks, issues, scope, and quality assurance.
• Prepare projects for stage gates and contribute to periodic governance forums.
• Evaluate project outcomes and drive successful delivery for business stakeholders.

Requirements

• PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification.
• Experience in the UK energy industry.
• Experience leading IT infrastructure, application, or data projects.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Strong written and spoken English.

• Experience with upstream oil and gas operations.
