Project Manager (FinTech)

What you will do

• Lead customer projects onboarding enterprise customers onto cloud solutions.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning through implementation and handover.
• Act as the primary delivery contact for customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Oversee project governance, risks, issues, dependencies, changes, timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Manage financial performance, including forecasting, budget control, and revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales, support new solution rollouts, and promote continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in project management or consultancy.
• Recognised project management certification or equivalent qualification, with practical knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Experience in payments, cash management, or FinTech software environments.
• Experience managing high-value projects and stakeholders through to completion.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness, resilience under pressure, and the ability to motivate others.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payments, and treasury management processes.
