Customer Experience Specialist

Location: Truganina, Victoria, Australia

What you will do

• Manage customer enquiries through phone, email and online platforms.
• Process orders, amendments, delivery requests, invoices, credits, returns and proof-of-delivery requests.
• Build relationships with an allocated customer portfolio and identify opportunities to support revenue growth.
• Support internal sales with quotes, reporting, pricing updates and customer administration.
• Coordinate with supply chain and manufacturing teams to resolve delivery and service issues.
• Support S&OP, customer forecasting, feedback collection and NPS activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, customer experience or planning.
• Previous SAP experience is essential.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM or a similar customer management system.
• Strong administration skills, attention to detail and intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, prioritisation and collaboration skills.
• Tertiary qualification.
