Customer Care Representative (Commercial Coordination)

hirify.global is hiring for its Customer Care Trade & Installers department.

What you will do

• Generate tenders and quotations and ensure efficient turnaround.
• Coordinate contracts and customer orders valued at approximately £80 million per year.
• Manage orders and enquiries accurately, promptly, and cost-effectively.
• Track orders from input through billing and resolve queries and complaints.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Finance to support timely and profitable delivery.
• Build customer relationships and act as the internal contact for enquiries, queries, and orders.

Requirements

• A-level education or equivalent, ideally with grades A–C in Maths and English.
• Previous experience in a similar sales, marketing, or customer service role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer service-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner, with flexibility and the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
