Project Coordinator (AEC)

Location: Spokane, Washington, USA; full-time office position

Salary: $62,000–$68,000 per year, depending on experience

What you will do

• Provide project-related administrative support to multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Act as a liaison between Project Managers, internal staff, clients, teaming partners, and Accounting.
• Draft and organize project documents, proposals, correspondence, submittals, deliverables, and meeting documentation.
• Track Master Service Agreements, Term Contracts, and required project documentation.
• Research billing questions and prepare cost reports covering labor, travel, materials, and other expenses.
• Support project close-out requirements and timely project completion.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong critical-thinking, organizational, analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience coordinating with a multidisciplinary design team.
• Experience or familiarity with specialized AEC industry tasks.
