Phlebotomist - Part Time (20 hours/week)

Location: 603 S Chestnut St, Ellensburg, WA 98926, USA; travel among KVH locations may be required.

Salary: USD 20.61–31.24 per hour, based on applicable experience. The position may qualify for an additional 15% premium in lieu of benefits.

What you will do

• Collect laboratory specimens and order, schedule, and process tests.
• Perform point-of-care and waived testing.
• Handle laboratory clerical and reception duties.
• Register patients and obtain x-ray images when working in a clinic setting.
• Travel among KVH locations as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Current Washington State MA-P or MA-C license, maintained throughout employment, or completion of a CLIA Lab Director-approved on-the-job training program with MA-P certification obtained within six months of hire.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers card, maintained throughout employment.
• Part-time availability for 20 hours per week.

Nice to have

• Valid Washington State driver’s license and auto liability insurance, if required.
• Previous phlebotomist experience.
• ASCP certification.
