Media Architecture and Integration Engineer (NAND/SSD)

Location: Minhang District, China; onsite support with local customers may be required.

Salary: CNY 400,500–565,500 per year

What you will do

• Deliver optimized NAND components for wafer-sales customers, from NAND architecture pathfinding through final component qualification.
• Perform direct experimentation, problem solving, and analysis of large datasets ranging from fab test data to customer SSD telemetry.
• Evaluate NAND-to-system performance interactions and understand downstream customer use cases for product features.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer issues and product bring-up.
• Support direct customer interactions in China and collaborate with US-based teams.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering, physics, materials science, microelectronics, or a related field.
• Memory experience, including understanding of NAND array and product operations, characterization, and specification validation.
• Knowledge of semiconductor device physics, solid-state physics, reliability physics, and semiconductor process flows.
• Good statistical analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Programming knowledge in Python, C, and C++.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate and present effectively.
