Cartage, Warehouse, and TCI Supervisor

Location: Aurora, Colorado, USA; onsite warehouse and logistics operations

Salary: Expected base salary up to $57,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Supervise cartage, warehouse, and Transcon inbound operations while prioritizing safety and compliance.
• Coordinate agents, warehouse employees, contingent staff, vendors, carriers, and service providers to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Oversee receiving, shipping, cargo handling, container positioning, inventory activities, staffing, cross-training, and onboarding.
• Monitor pickup and delivery KPIs, service exceptions, delays, accessorial charges, and carrier performance.
• Manage operational reporting, billing, accounts payable coordination, rate audits, pricing support, and cost-control activities.
• Coach employees, conduct reviews, create development plans, and drive continuous improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of industry-specific experience or qualification.
• Proven supervisory attitude and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good market and product knowledge in logistics operations.
• Good computer skills, including Excel and Word.
• Required compliance and industry certifications, such as DG, LATAM, Compliance, IATA, or FIATA certifications.
• In-depth understanding of export compliance.
