Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Onsite in Chicago, Illinois, United States. Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday, 5:00 p.m.–1:30 a.m.; days off are Monday and Tuesday.

Salary: $25 per hour USD.

What you will do

• Supervise and manage 5–7 order pickers during the evening shift.
• Ensure next-day chef orders are picked, processed, and fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor order requests, identify shortages, and communicate operational issues to Culinary teams and management.
• Use WMS and ERP systems for order processing, inventory management, and billing.
• Manage receiving, inventory counting, ordering, returns, storage, product distribution, and staff scheduling.
• Maintain safe, clean, organized storage areas and enforce food-safety and FIFO practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse, order fulfillment, food production, or kitchen operations.
• Experience managing an order-picking or fulfillment team and operating evening operations independently.
• Experience with WMS and ERP systems.
• High proficiency in Spanish required.
• Ability to work Wednesday through Sunday from 5:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., lift and move up to 50 pounds, and remain active for at least eight hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old.
