Requirements

• Experience in customer service or customer support is highly desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle difficult situations and de-escalate conflicts professionally.
• Strong problem-solving skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Basic understanding of customer support software and CRM systems.
