Simulation & Site Operations Manager (Healthcare Education)

Location: Trinity Hospital Partner Site, Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA. Campus-based, onsite position with a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day site operations for School-in-a-Box instructional delivery, including room readiness, calendars, lab scheduling, and coordination with faculty and campus leadership.
• Prepare and reset simulation labs, classrooms, mobile learning environments, manikins, task trainers, equipment, supplies, and scenario materials.
• Provide operational support during simulations, skills practice, labs, assessments, OSCEs, competency evaluations, and debriefing workflows.
• Manage simulation equipment, instructional supplies, consumables, audiovisual systems, computers, maintenance, repairs, replacements, and reordering.
• Coordinate orientations, graduations, ceremonies, community events, and other campus activities, including spaces, seating, audiovisual equipment, signage, and materials.
• Support proctored exams and standardized testing, including hiring, training, scheduling, and managing a proctor pool.

Requirements

• Associate degree or demonstrated transferable experience; a bachelor’s degree in healthcare, education, operations, or a related field is preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in site operations, laboratory support, simulation environments, or educational program coordination.
• Experience supporting hands-on or skills-based learning is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, student-centered academic environment.
• Knowledge of simulation-based education, healthcare training environments, or mobile and non-traditional learning spaces is preferred.
