Shift Coordinator (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead and supervise a 20-person operations team across product scheduling, machine operation, and maintenance.
• Support the team with daily manufacturing and logistics operations.
• Improve efficiency and performance while mitigating operational risks and supporting on-time customer delivery.
• Continuously evolve safety standards and champion changes that address identified risks and opportunities.
• Mentor team members and develop their technical capability.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
• Strong problem-solving, change management, and people leadership skills.
• Effective relationship management and influencing capability.
• Customer focus and the ability to work through ambiguity and change.
• Commitment to personal safety, wellbeing, and the safety of others.
