Shift Supervisor (Plastic Packaging)

Location: Sydney, Australia; onsite, full-time

Compensation: up to AUD 0 weekly

What you will do

• Lead and supervise the production team for the designated shift and ensure production targets and schedules are met.
• Maintain safe working practices, housekeeping standards, employee welfare, and compliance with company procedures.
• Manage material movements, staffing allocation, leave rostering, time records, and production documentation.
• Supervise machine adjustments and line changeovers, including routine machine, quality, guard, and TPM checks.
• Record breakdowns and downtime, raise maintenance requests in the MEX or site CMMS system, and support reliability improvements.
• Complete quality, safety, certification, and non-conformance records and participate in tier meetings and RCCA investigations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a plastic industrial environment.
• Knowledge of packaging manufacturing processes and related equipment is preferred.
• Proven people leadership and change management experience with a collaborative approach.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Sydney, Australia on a full-time basis.
