CI Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Altona, Australia; onsite at the manufacturing site

What you will do

• Lead the site's Continuous Improvement strategy and annual roadmap.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, and Continuous Performance Management.
• Coach leaders and frontline teams to build Continuous Improvement capabilities.
• Facilitate problem-solving workshops using Lean and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
• Lead improvement projects focused on productivity, waste reduction, cost savings, safety, and quality.
• Develop visual management systems and coordinate Operational Excellence and Factory of Tomorrow initiatives with regional and global teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least five years of Continuous Improvement experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent Continuous Improvement qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, and Operational Excellence methodologies.
• Experience leading organisational change and coaching cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
