Commercial Lending Specialist II (Commercial Lending)

Location: Apple Valley, Minnesota, United States

Salary: $32–$37 per hour, plus a 10% annual target bonus.

What you will do

• Coordinate commercial real estate acquisition, refinance, construction, and participation loan closings.
• Administer construction loan draws, project tracking, inspections, pay applications, invoices, lien waivers, and insurance documentation.
• Manage commercial loan participation documentation, servicing communications, payment allocations, and lender reporting.
• Review, book, assemble, and maintain complete commercial loan documentation and post-closing packages.
• Monitor collateral perfection, lien protection, financial covenants, insurance coverage, mortgages, title policies, and UCC filings.
• Support commercial members with loan servicing, statements, account inquiries, wire transactions, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of commercial loan operations or commercial servicing experience required.
• At least 1 year of experience with CRE and Commercial & Industrial lending required.
• Experience reviewing business financial documents required; commercial participation and construction servicing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial deposits, treasury management, loan documentation, and bank operating platforms.
• Current knowledge of BSA, AML, Patriot Act, CIP, OFAC, HMDA, and other applicable regulations; bondable status required.
