Senior Loan Administrator (Commercial Lending)

What you will do

• Close and disburse loans across commercial lending products, including lines of credit, commercial real estate, syndicated loans, technology banking, and corporate finance transactions.
• Gather and verify borrower documentation and collateral information, and prepare loan packages for Documentation, Compliance, and Lending Origination review.
• Prepare files for boarding and loan-proceeds disbursement, collect closing fees, monitor post-closing exceptions, and obtain original signed documents.
• Research credit inquiries, UCC filings, liens, and collateral positioning using platforms such as iLien/Lien Solutions.
• Review complex closing documentation, prepare escrow instructions, and resolve legal, title, collateral, insurance, and documentation issues with borrowers, counsel, and internal teams.
• Support the Loan Operations Team Lead and train less experienced Loan Administrators.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in Loan Administration, Lending, Deposit Sales, or a similar field.
• Commercial lending experience, including commercial real estate, syndicated loans, lines of credit, or corporate finance, is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of banking operations, commercial banking products, regulatory and legal compliance obligations, and applicable industry standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team-oriented environment and provide strong client service.
• Experience with iLien/Lien Solutions, FIS-IBS, ACBS, or similar systems is preferred.
