Grid Solutions Manager (Renewable Energy)

What you will do

• Manage engineering and design organizations for grid connections supporting medium- to large-scale solar projects across the Asia Pacific region.
• Participate in projects from conceptual development through operation.
• Provide technical expertise during early-stage development and entry into new markets.
• Qualify and manage external engineering consultants and coordinate third-party technical advisers.
• Specify and coordinate technical requirements for interconnection infrastructure tenders and subcontractors.
• Coordinate utilities, stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and plan project execution.

Requirements

• Academic degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field with a focus on energy technology.
• At least 5 years of experience in a related field.
• International experience with grid connections for power plants from medium to extra-high voltage levels.
• Competent use of MS Office applications.
• English required as the day-to-day working language.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of grid compliance studies and simulation software such as PowerFactory or PSS/E.
• Existing certificates such as SAP, IOSH, or NEBOSH.
