Manager, Technical – PV

What you will do

• Lead technical and techno-economic analyses for photovoltaic projects.
• Manage design activities and technical project management throughout project development lifecycles.
• Prepare and align project specifications, budgets, and schedules with contractors, clients, and stakeholders.
• Define basic designs for PV plant components, including foundations, PV modules, and converters.
• Create or review testing procedures for photovoltaic plant components.
• Plan resources and provide technical guidance within integrated project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• 6–8 years of experience in the photovoltaic industry, preferably with an IPP, EPC, engineering firm, or technical consultancy.
• Knowledge of PV market players and photovoltaic components.
• Experienced use of PVsyst and basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Project management, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, diverse environment.

Nice to have

• Graduate degree or MSc in electrical or industrial engineering.
• Battery storage knowledge or experience.
