Mechanical Maintenance Officer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Supervise the planning, coordination, execution, and review of plant maintenance activities.
• Coordinate maintenance resources and provide technical support within the Hot Strip Mill section.
• Coach and mentor maintenance personnel in manufacturing excellence, root cause analysis, and corrective action development.
• Maintain and develop Down Coiler and Coil Handling equipment to improve performance and reduce failures.
• Respond to mechanical availability and reliability issues.
• Participate in cost reduction and capital upgrade projects.

Requirements

• Mechanical trade or tertiary qualification.
• Experience in mechanical maintenance within a similar industry.
• Experience focused on defect elimination and equipment reliability.
• Experience coordinating maintenance and collaborating with internal and external customers.
