Mechanical Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on laser cutting, film processing, mixing, dispensing, and automated visual inspection equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electromechanical issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Set up, adjust, calibrate, and optimize machines to meet production specifications and improve process stability, yield, and efficiency.
• Lead or support the installation and commissioning of new equipment and production lines, including assembly, alignment, leveling, interfacing, testing, and validation.
• Improve equipment reliability through machine modifications, continuous improvement initiatives, and long-term solutions for recurring issues.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors, maintain equipment documentation, support production teams, and train operators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems used in manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and data interpretation skills.
• Proficient spoken and written English required.
