Maintenance Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead site maintenance activities, maintenance trades, contractors, and technical teams.
• Drive preventative and predictive maintenance programs and manage maintenance schedules and work orders.
• Administer SAP PM or CMMS systems and support planned shutdowns, changeovers, and equipment commissioning.
• Lead root cause analysis and breakdown investigations.
• Improve equipment reliability, uptime, and OEE across the manufacturing site.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, contractor performance, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement programs.

Requirements

• Trade or engineering qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Proven maintenance leadership experience in FMCG, food, packaging, pharmaceuticals, personal care, or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing maintenance teams and contractors.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance, reliability improvement, and shutdown planning.
• Experience with SAP PM or CMMS systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement skills.
