HR Specialist

What you will do

• Support HR operations and respond to employee and manager queries through AskHR and regional stakeholders.
• Coordinate onboarding, employee changes, engagement activities, and offboarding processes.
• Apply HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws and company standards.
• Provide administrative support for employee relations cases and maintain required documentation.
• Support annual performance and compensation processes, including data preparation and manager communications.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records, generate standard reports, and support global culture and talent initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support key stakeholders independently.
• Proficiency with HRIS and HR technologies, people metrics, and confidential information handling.
• Fluent in the local language of the lead country and proficient in business English.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly with empathy and purpose.
