Client Officer (Fintech)

Location: Sango Over Brg, Ota, Ogun State, Nigeria; applicants must live in the Sango Otta axis

What you will do

• Manage debt collection processes and develop payment plans with analysts in line with collections policy.
• Maintain accurate client records, manage overdue accounts, contact customers, and conduct business visits.
• Prepare regular reports on delinquent accounts, collection activities, and accounts receivable status.
• Present and sell financial products to existing and prospective clients across relevant business sectors.
• Support loan evaluations, credit appraisals, account monitoring, contract reviews, and payment option communication.
• Collaborate with other departments to balance customer needs and portfolio performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in any discipline.
• NYSC discharge certificate or NYSC Exclusion Letter.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, analytical, writing, and computer skills.
• Practical knowledge of micro, small, and medium-sized businesses.
• Knowledge of major local languages and willingness to perform fieldwork.
• Must live in the Sango Otta axis.

• Knowledge of the microfinance banking sector.
