Location: Onsite in Ekiti, Ogun, Ondo, Osun, or Oyo, Nigeria; candidates must be resident in the specified local areas.

What you will do
- Identify and onboard viable businesses in the assigned geographical area.
- Engage customers to increase business account usage and eligibility for credit products.
- Review available data and approve or decline loan requests.
- Visit borrowers’ business locations to evaluate records, inventory, and turnover.
- Grow and manage a profitable loan portfolio while monitoring repayment performance and minimizing defaults.
- Make credit recommendations before, during, and after loan disbursement.
Requirements
- Minimum OND in a business-related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales of credit products within a financial institution.
- Demonstrable knowledge of credit risk analysis.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Residence in one of the specified areas across Ekiti, Ogun, Ondo, Osun, or Oyo is required.
- Attention to detail, agility, and perseverance.
