Focus on analyzing business data and financial indicators, conducting physical business visits, approving or declining loan requests, and maintaining performing loan portfolios.
Location: Onsite in Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto, or Zamfara, Nigeria

What you will do
- Identify and onboard viable businesses within the assigned geographical area and help them open business accounts.
- Engage customers to encourage account usage and support qualification for credit products.
- Review available data to approve or decline loan requests and make credit recommendations to management.
- Visit borrowers’ business premises to evaluate business records, inventory, and turnover.
- Grow gross loan portfolio and profit targets while maintaining healthy, performing loans and minimizing defaults.
- Monitor active loans, account usage, repayment performance, and other assigned credit-related activities.
Requirements
- Minimum OND in a business-related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience selling credit products in a financial institution.
- Demonstrable knowledge of credit risk analysis.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be resident in an assigned location in Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Sokoto, Plateau, or Zamfara and indicate a preferred location.
- Attention to detail, agility, and perseverance.
