Account Resolution Specialist

Location: Denver, CO, USA; in-office five days a week

Salary: $21–$23 per hour base pay, plus potential commission based on collections performance

What you will do

• Contact delinquent account holders by phone and in writing to request payment and bring accounts current.
• Collect rental payments, prepare late notices, and follow up on established payment plans.
• Process legal filings, review warrants of restitution, and conduct evictions.
• Establish alternative payment plans and recommend charge-offs when appropriate.
• Document collection activities while maintaining professionalism during challenging conversations.

Requirements

• Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to use a variety of office equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professionalism, patience, composure, and stress-management skills.
• Negotiation skills and the ability to work independently.
