What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely invoice payments and resolve billing concerns.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to resolve past-due account balances.
• Negotiate tradeoffs between risk mitigation and growth potential when making financial decisions.
• Resolve customer invoice disputes and manage payments and remittances.
• Educate stakeholders on invoicing procedures and clearly articulate billing processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve billing systems and execute new initiatives.
