What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of complex workplace customer accounts and address billing concerns.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls regarding past-due balances and secure timely invoice payments.
• Resolve invoice disputes, billing issues, customer payments, and remittances.
• Negotiate tradeoffs between risk mitigation, growth potential, collections speed, and customer experience.
• Build trust with providers and healthcare executives through clear billing communication and financial acumen.
• Gather feedback, improve billing systems and processes, and collaborate on billing initiatives and trials.

Requirements

• Must be a US candidate for this active posting.
• Extreme ownership in managing billing issues and solutions.
• Curiosity to investigate root causes and identify effective solutions.
• Scrappiness and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving market.
• Reliable laptop or desktop; Chromebooks and Linux operating systems are not supported.
