Technical Reliability Manager (Asset Management/Reliability Engineering): Leading complex reliability projects and improving existing reliability contracts in Latin America with an accent on technical leadership, reliability analysis, and customer value. Focus on translating requirements into technical plans, optimizing maintenance strategies, addressing underperforming assets and contracts, and coordinating multidisciplinary specialists.

What you will do
- Technically lead complex reliability projects from scope definition through execution, delivery, and closure.
- Translate customer and contract requirements into technical plans, deliverables, schedules, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate technical activities across local, regional, and global specialists.
- Perform and facilitate RCA, FMEA/FMECA, RCM, asset criticality, Weibull, bad actor, and maintenance strategy analyses.
- Lead technical discussions, progress reviews, presentations, and customer stakeholder engagements.
- Assess contract health and develop improvement plans addressing technical, operational, performance, financial, and customer-related gaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience leading and facilitating asset management and reliability engineering initiatives.
- Experience technically leading complex, multidisciplinary projects.
- Experience supporting the execution and improvement of service or reliability contracts.
- Fluent Spanish and intermediate-to-advanced English required.
