Corporate Finance Executive (Corporate Finance)

What you will do

• Support live deal execution by preparing client information request lists, deal timetables, information memoranda, financial databooks, and models.
• Liaise with clients to prepare marketing materials and support buyer outreach, including managing questions and answers.
• Review offers and prepare transaction models and offer summaries.
• Coordinate due diligence activities, including virtual data room oversight, meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communication.
• Support the preparation of funds flow and enterprise value to equity documents.
• Contribute to pitch documents, valuation and transaction research, business development, and professional networking.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant with ACA, ICAS, or ACCA qualification.
• At least 3 years of professional experience.
• Good understanding of M&A processes and concepts.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, planning, organisation, collaboration, client care, and business awareness skills.
• Permanent, full-time availability for on-site work in Bristol.

Nice to have

• Previous corporate finance or transaction services experience.
