What you will do

• Coordinate development workstreams from project award through Ready-to-Build, including land acquisition, permitting, technical studies, and project progress reporting.
• Plan land acquisition and permitting activities, budgets, timelines, deliverables, documentation, and related reports.
• Procure and manage external vendors, including compliance and KYC checks to reduce compliance and reputational risks.
• Prepare Terms of Reference and other internal documents for land acquisition, permitting, and site studies.
• Manage communications with landowners, government administrators, local vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering, investment, business development, and project integration teams to complete project requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in management or engineering design.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in power plant development in Indonesia.
• Strong experience with land acquisition, permitting, vendor management, timelines, cost control, and detailed budget calculations.
• Experience using government tools for land-variable verification and permit applications.
• Understanding of land and permitting variables affecting engineering design and constructability.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
