What you will do

• Coordinate and monitor offline fieldwork for APAC-commissioned and non-APAC-commissioned studies in Indonesia.
• Act as the primary operational contact for fieldwork vendors and external field partners.
• Track project progress, timelines, productivity, delivery quality, and compliance with service requirements.
• Maintain fieldwork records, project documentation, operational reports, and incident logs.
• Investigate quality concerns, identify root causes, and support corrective actions with internal quality teams.
• Provide updates, escalate operational risks, and collaborate with local and regional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, business administration, management, social sciences, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in market research operations, fieldwork management, vendor coordination, or related operational roles.
• Experience with offline data collection projects and third-party vendors is preferred.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Working-level English proficiency is required in written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Experience in consumer insights, market research, or field operations.
