Field Project Engineer (Gas Turbines)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Malaysia; onsite five days a week

What you will do

• Manage the planning, organization, and integration of complex gas turbine projects.
• Oversee project processes, procedures, methodologies, and deliverables.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate technical and administrative resources across multiple teams.
• Identify project risks, develop contingency plans, and conduct project reviews.
• Prepare and present project-level reports for upper management.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience desired.
• Extensive experience with project management, including project estimation, staffing, organization, monitoring, and control.
• Strong process management and process improvement skills.
• Analytical thinking skills, including root-cause analysis, risk assessment, and evaluation of alternative solutions.
• Effective written and verbal communication, including communication with clients, vendors, project participants, and management.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor.
