Global Product Manager, Hardware

Location: South Jordan, Utah, USA; in-office four days per week. Relocation assistance is available within the United States. Applicants currently living outside the United States are not being considered.

Salary: USD 103,000–131,000 per year.

What you will do

• Define product strategy and manage new product initiatives and core improvements through market launch.
• Conduct competitive analysis, identify research questions, and participate in consumer research.
• Define target consumers, positioning, benefits, features, and product requirements.
• Coordinate execution with industrial design, engineering, the China team, and QA.
• Lead launch gate meetings, track timelines, and ensure milestone delivery.
• Develop packaging, partner with Channel Marketing, and manage post-launch product performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant product management or technical experience; an MBA is preferred.
• Brand or product management experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver innovative product experiences and make data-driven business decisions.
• Strong written, presentation, verbal communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work strategically while handling execution details, ambiguity, and hands-on project work.
• Must be able to work in the United States and attend the office four days per week.
